Polka Dot Pants

So even though it snowed in KY this morning, we have had a really nice past couple of weeks. Full of dresses, tees, even shorts and of course these polkadot pants. I wore them for a birthday party dressed up with heels and a cropped long sleeve "Brooklyn" tee which made a super fun trio and totally different from your average night-out 'fit. 

But, it's important to note that these pants can go everyday too. You may have seen them on my Instagram feed last week with slip on tennies, and now you are looking at them with Birkenstocks-- two super casual shoes that relax the outfit. These are the perfect pants for crop tops because they meet right in the middle, showing little belly. To complete this sweet little spring look I threw on my vintage denim jacket and pink sunglasses that made it all the more fun!

Speaking of my pink sunglasses, I bought a super cute pair this summer and lost them at the lake-- thank goodness they were cheap. Anyway, I found these at Target last week and it took me back to the days I felt like Miranda Lambert (if you don't get it, listen here), so of course I purchased. I LOVE them as a change up to my everyday tortoise shell Ray-Bans. V fun for spring break and summer :)
